My aunt and uncle have a 2009 Corvette, of which they let my very excited husband drive. He was in Heaven!!
We then went and toured the new Arrowhead Stadium. This was actually a lot of fun! They let us right down on the field and through the tunnels and everthing.

We were also able to spend some time with my grandparents. My grandma is a professional painter, selling her paintings for a TON of money and my grandpa has a HUGE collection of guns and coins and many other things that are worth fortunes. We had a ton of fun over at their house going through all their valuables. As you can tell from these pictures, Matt enjoyed himself, as well!
My uncle was able to hook us up with some AMAZING seats to the Cheifs game. I stayed behind with my Aunt and let the boys go. This was Matt's first ever NFL game he attended, and what better way to attend then 8 rows up on the 50 yard line!! They tailgated before the game and froze their little bums off during the game. But, they had a blast together!!
One of the last days we were in Kansas City, we decided to go tour The Negro Leagues Baseball Museum which is in downtown Kansas City. They happened to be closed when we went, but they opened up the entire museum for us to go through. It was awesome!
.... AND who could travel out to Missouri without trying good 'ole KC Barbque....
I am so glad we had the chance to go back to Missouri. I hadn't been back to see my family there for about 3 years, so it was time! I am also glad Matt enjoyed himself so much!! We are now looking forward to heading to Richfield in the next few weeks to enjoy Christmas with family. We hope you all have a very MERRY CHRISTMAS!!
