July 4th and Such!!

I have quite a bit to update on!! We have had such a blast the last few weeks! The first fun thing we did was spend time with Matt's Family for my mother-in-law's birthday! It was so good to see them and go to the Oquirrh Mountain temple open house! It is such a beautiful temple (and we even saw Elizabeth Smart there....)

Just a few short days later we went down to Richfield to celebrate the 4th of July! Honestly what better place to be than Richfield for the 4th of July! It was so much fun to watch the parade, be at the park and see lots of old friends, and spend time with our families!! Also, Megan turned 15 and i turned 21 on that special day as well!! It was such a great bbq and birthday party that we had! Thank you everyone for being there for our birthdays!! It was so much fun and man we were spoiled with gifts!! Thank you!!! PS... DIdn't my dad do so GREAT on the cake?? Ha he picked it out and designed it! What a great dad!!!

After the 4th we packed our car up and headed down to St. George to spend a few days at Sand Hallow!! We had about ten of us that went and what a blast it was! We camped right on the beach in the sand, and we loved it! It was so hot during the day, but it was perfect at night! We cliff jumped, skied, laid out in the sun, and swam a ton! My dad did so great at planning the trip and all went well! (ha ha i love to picture of matt and i SMOOCHING because we are standing so awkwardly!! get a good laugh!!)

On our way home from the lake we got a call from our agent letting us know the bank FINALLY accepted our offer on our HOUSE!!!!!! WAHOOO!!!!! It is such a great feeling and we are so excited! It is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home and it is so adorable!! It is just perfect to start us out in and to be there for a while!!! We are just waiting for our loan to be approved and then we will be moving in!! (approximately 3 weeks!) It seems like we have been waiting a while but i know that all things work out in the time it should! We both know that Spanish Fork is where we are supposed to be! We will get to be closer to Josh and Janeece and our adorable niece and nephew!! YAY!!! I promise i will post pictures up as soon as I can get some!

HOLY COW.... We have almost been married a WHOLE YEAR!! We have a few exciting things planned for our anniversary and can't wait for it! Other than that we are doing well! I am greatful for wonderful family and for having my sister live... and work... with me!! She has been a blessing in disguise for me with having her around more!! I want to be just like her!!! Hope things are going well out there!!!
